Fiyat Takip (fiyat-takip.xyz), kullanıcıların Türk e-ticaret sitelerindeki ürün fiyatlarını takip etmesini sağlayan ücretsiz bir hizmettir. Bu gizlilik politikası, hizmetimizi kullanırken hangi verilerinizin toplandığını, nasıl kullanıldığını ve nasıl korunduğunu açıklar.

1. Toplanan Veriler

Hizmetimizi kullanabilmeniz için aşağıdaki bilgiler toplanır:

Hesap bilgileri: Kayıt sırasında sağladığınız e-posta adresi ve şifre (hash’lenmiş olarak saklanır).
Ürün takip bilgileri: Takip ettiğiniz ürünlerin URL’leri, fiyat geçmişi ve hedef fiyatlarınız.
Oturum bilgileri: Güvenli oturum yönetimi için çerezler (cookies) kullanılır.
Bildirim tercihleri: E-posta, Telegram veya push bildirim tercihleriniz.

2. Chrome Uzantısı

Fiyat Takip Chrome uzantısı, tarayıcınızda aşağıdaki izinleri kullanır:

Cookies: fiyat-takip.xyz sitesindeki mevcut oturum bilgilerinizi okumak için kullanılır. Başka hiçbir siteye ait çerezlere erişilmez.
Storage: Uzantı ayarlarınızı (widget tercihi) yerel olarak saklamak için kullanılır.
Tabs: Aktif sekmenin desteklenen bir e-ticaret sitesi olup olmadığını tespit etmek için kullanılır.
Web sitesi içeriği: Desteklenen e-ticaret sitelerinde (Trendyol, Hepsiburada, Amazon.com.tr, N11, Gratis, Watsons, Rossmann, Eveshop, Sephora, MediaMarkt, Teknosa) ürün adı, fiyat ve görsel bilgilerini okumak için erişilir.

Uzantı, hiçbir uzak kod çalıştırmaz. Tüm işlem paket içindeki kodla gerçekleştirilir.

3. Verilerin Kullanım Amacı

Toplanan veriler yalnızca aşağıdaki amaçlarla kullanılır:

Fiyat takip hizmetinin sunulması ve fiyat değişikliklerinin bildirilmesi
Hesabınızın güvenliğinin sağlanması
Hizmet kalitesinin iyileştirilmesi

4. Veri Paylaşımı

Kişisel verileriniz üçüncü taraflarla satılmaz, kiralanmaz veya paylaşılmaz. Verileriniz yalnızca hizmetin işleyebilmesi için kendi sunucularımızda işlenir.

5. Veri Güvenliği

Şifreleriniz hash’lenerek saklanır, oturumlarınız şifreli çerezlerle yönetilir ve tüm iletişim HTTPS üzerinden gerçekleşir. Verilerinizin güvenliği için endüstri standartlarına uygun önlemler alınmaktadır.

6. Veri Saklama ve Silme

Fiyat geçmişi verileri 6 ay sonra otomatik olarak temizlenir. 90 gün boyunca aktif olmayan hesaplar otomatik olarak silinir. Hesabınızı istediğiniz zaman ayarlar sayfasından silebilirsiniz.

7. Çerezler

Platformumuz, oturum yönetimi ve güvenlik (CSRF koruması) amacıyla zorunlu çerezler kullanır. Reklam veya izleme amaçlı çerez kullanılmaz.

8. Kullanıcı Hakları

Aşağıdaki haklara sahipsiniz:

Verilerinize erişim talep etme
Verilerinizin düzeltilmesini isteme
Hesabınızı ve tüm verilerinizi silme
Bildirim tercihlerinizi değiştirme

Bu platform, kullanıcılar için ücretsiz bir bilgilendirme hizmetidir. Satın alma işlemi öncesinde ürünle ilgili güncel ve doğru bilgilerin mutlaka satıcı sitesinden teyit edilmesi gerekmektedir. Platformda yer alan bilgilerdeki olası hatalar, eksiklikler veya bu bilgilere dayanılarak gerçekleştirilen işlemler sonucunda oluşabilecek her türlü maddi ve manevi kayıplardan platform sorumlu tutulamaz. Fiyat ve stok bilgileri anlık olarak değişebilir.

9. Değişiklikler

Bu gizlilik politikası zaman zaman güncellenebilir. Önemli değişiklikler olduğunda kayıtlı kullanıcılar bilgilendirilecektir.

Fiyat Takip (fiyat-takip.xyz) is a free service that allows users to track product prices on Turkish e-commerce websites. This privacy policy explains what data is collected when you use our service, how it is used, and how it is protected.

Account information: Email address and password (stored as a hash) provided during registration.
Product tracking data: URLs of products you track, price history, and your target prices.

2. Chrome Extension

The Fiyat Takip Chrome extension uses the following browser permissions:

Cookies: Used to read your existing session from fiyat-takip.xyz. No cookies from any other site are accessed.
Storage: Used to store your extension preferences (widget toggle) locally.
Tabs: Used to detect whether the active tab is a supported e-commerce website.
Website content: Accesses product name, price, and image information on supported e-commerce sites (Trendyol, Hepsiburada, Amazon.com.tr, N11, Gratis, Watsons, Rossmann, Eveshop, Sephora, MediaMarkt, Teknosa).

The extension does not execute any remote code. All processing is done with code included in the extension package.

3. Purpose of Data Use

Collected data is used solely for the following purposes:

Providing the price tracking service and notifying you of price changes
Ensuring the security of your account
Improving service quality

4. Data Sharing

Your personal data is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties. Your data is processed only on our own servers for the operation of the service.

5. Data Security

Passwords are stored as hashes, sessions are managed with encrypted cookies, and all communication is carried out over HTTPS. Industry-standard measures are taken to ensure the security of your data.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Price history data is automatically cleaned after 6 months. Accounts inactive for 90 days are automatically deleted. You can delete your account at any time from the settings page.

7. Cookies

Our platform uses essential cookies for session management and security (CSRF protection). No advertising or tracking cookies are used.

8. User Rights

You have the following rights:

Request access to your data
Request correction of your data
Delete your account and all associated data
Change your notification preferences

This platform is a free informational service for users. Before making a purchase, up-to-date and accurate product information must be verified from the seller's website. The platform cannot be held responsible for any errors, omissions, or any financial or non-financial losses resulting from actions taken based on the information provided. Price and stock information may change at any time.

9. Changes

This privacy policy may be updated from time to time. Registered users will be notified of significant changes.
